Beaches and parks on O’ahu opened for group activities on Thursday after two weeks of “Solo’ activities only.
Groups can be no larger than five.
Playgrounds, outdoor play courts, skateparks, and exercise equipment can now be used.
According to the Department of Parks and Recreation, people are allowed to barbecue so long as they are following gathering rules.
Canopy tents can be set up but you must get a free “one day use” permit by going to the department’s website.
